6×6A gentle six-by-six board with six cats to place. With fewer rows, columns, and regions to track, it's the best place to learn the rules or warm up. Most players finish in a minute or two.
Normal
7×7Seven cats on a seven-by-seven grid. There's more space for the no-touching rule to create tricky chains, so you'll lean on elimination rather than one obvious move. A satisfying everyday challenge.
Hard
8×8Eight cats on a roomy eight-by-eight board. With more regions overlapping more rows and columns, you'll often chain several deductions before the first cat is certain. Built for a real workout.

What is Meowdoku?
Meowdoku — also written meow doku, and often called cat sudoku or meow sudoku — is a free logic puzzle where you place cats on a colored grid. It keeps the careful deduction of Sudoku but swaps the numbers for cats, so it stays friendly even if plain Sudoku feels intimidating.
You never write a single number. Every board is solvable by pure logic with one correct answer — no guessing, no math, just a few calm minutes of deduction. If you have played LinkedIn's Queens puzzle, the rules will feel immediately familiar.

Where is the pencil or draft mode?+
It is built into the board: tap a cell once to leave an ✕ note (a draft mark meaning a cat can't go there), and tap again to place a cat. The ✕ is only a memory aid and never changes the solution.
